Below is just an example of what can be done for custom items. If you have any questions or problems with filling out the custom item/special order form please feel free to email me. Special orders and custom items in most cases will be shipped within a week unless I am out of stock of any items; in that case I will email you and inform you of the delay. I will email you and inform you once the item has been shipped also.
